Genome Warehouse

Other names: GWH

The Genome Warehouse (GWH) is a public archival resource housing genome-scale data for a wide range of species. GWH accepts a variety of data types, including whole genome, chloroplast, mitochondrion and plasmid. For each collected genome assembly, GWH incorporates descriptive information including biological sample metadata, genome assembly metadata, sequence data and genome annotation, and offers standardized quality control for genome sequence and annotation.
