Human Transcriptional Regulation Interactions database

Other names: HTRIdb

The Human Transcriptional Regulation Interactions database (HTRIdb) is a repository of experimentally verified interactions among human transcription factors (TFs) and their respective target genes. It has been constructed to be an open-access and user-friendly database from which data on regulatory interactions among human TFs and their respective target genes can be easily extracted and then used, among other purposes, for building a global or a biological process-specific network of human transcriptional regulation interactions.
