Minimal information for Chemosensitivity Assays

Other names: MICHA

Minimal information for Chemosensitivity Assays (MICHA) is both a web tool to aid annotation of drug sensitivity screens and a guideline for defining the minimal information required to: capture critical drug sensitivity assay components, allow the FAIRification and cataloguing of drug sensitivity screen studies, and comply with the guidelines of scientific publications and preclinical drug evaluation. It is the minimal information guidelines described in this record. MICHA is composed of four main components: compounds, specimens/samples, assay protocols, and quality control and data processing methods.
