Parkinson's Disease Ontology

The Parkinson's Disease Ontology (PDO) was created to represent and model the Parkinson's Disease knowledge domain. This ontology with a covers major biomedical concepts from molecular to clinical features of the disease as well as the different views on disease features held by molecular biologists, clinicians and drug developers. This resource has been created for use in the IMI-funded AETIONOMY project (www.aetionomy.org).
