RAPPER

Collection of samples and data across the following diseases: Malignant neoplasm of upper respiratory tract (disorder), Malignant tumour of cervix, Malignant tumour of prostate (disorder), Malignant tumour of breast. RAPPER (Radiogenomics: Assessment of Polymorphisms for Predicting the Effects of Radiotherapy) is a national radiogenomics study investigating the association between common genetic variation determined by single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and radiation toxicity.
