CRISPRCasdb

CRISPRCasdb acts as a gateway to a publicly accessible database and software to enable the easy detection of CRISPR sequences in locally-produced data and the consultation of CRISPR sequence data present in the database. It also gives information on the presence of CRISPR-associated (cas) genes when they have been annotated as such.
