NPIDB (Nucleic acids – Protein Interaction DataBase)

NPIDB (Nucleic acids – Protein Interaction DataBase) includes a collection of files in the PDB format containing structural information on DNA-protein and RNA-protein complexes, and a number of tools for analysis of those complexes: CluD, a program for the analysis of hydrophobic clusters on interfaces, detection of potential hydrogen bonds and water bridges, and visualization of structures with Jmol
